Create and edit invoices conversationally, save business and client details, and preview a free watermarked PDF. A final, unwatermarked PDF costs $1.99 USD with separate payment approval.

How it works

  1. Once launched, connect your account in Muse and review and explicitly accept our Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
  2. Optionally save business details and a logo, or start an invoice directly.
  3. Edit line items, invoice number, dates, header, footer, colors, discounts, payment instructions and user-entered tax rates. Initial support is English and USD.
  4. Review a free watermarked draft. Approve the quoted final PDF purchase separately, then download the final.

Same-invoice corrections are free for 24 hours from successful payment. Export corrected finals during that window to retain entitlement. Repeat downloads of entitled revisions are free; duplicates and new revisions outside the window require a new purchase. This service does not collect payment from your invoice recipient.
