Provider and scope

Consult Utah provides Invoice Connector, an invoice-document service accessed through Muse. This service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Muse. These app-specific terms govern the connector. Contact jeff@consultutah.com for support.

Your agreement

You must explicitly accept this version before using invoice features. You must have authority to use the business and client information you submit and to agree on behalf of your business. Connecting an account or accepting these terms does not authorize a payment. Updated terms require a new explicit acceptance before further use.

Pricing and payment

Watermarked draft PDFs are free. An unwatermarked final invoice PDF costs $1.99 USD, payable by the invoice creator after a separate approval of the quoted purchase through Stripe Link. This fee purchases the document; it does not pay or collect the balance owed by your customer. There is no subscription in this MVP.

Corrections and downloads

Corrections to the same invoice are free for 24 hours from successful payment. Export corrected final revisions during that window to retain download access to them. Previously purchased or entitled revisions may be downloaded again without another fee while the service and account remain available. A new duplicate is a separate unpaid invoice. New revisions outside the correction window require a new purchase. Download and keep your own copies; this is not a permanent archival service.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in submitted content and permit Consult Utah and its service providers to process and store it to provide the service. Only submit information and logos you are entitled to use. Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in invoice fields. Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, or interference with other accounts.

Accuracy and limitations

You are responsible for reviewing every invoice before sharing it, including names, amounts, dates, discounts, tax labels and rates, payment instructions, and invoice numbering. The initial service supports English and USD with user-entered taxes. It does not determine tax obligations, verify customer payment, or provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. AI-assisted entry may be incorrect.

Purchase problems and refunds

If a charge appears duplicated, a final PDF cannot be delivered, or a purchase is incorrect, contact jeff@consultutah.com with the invoice or purchase reference, not payment credentials. We will investigate and correct delivery or billing errors and refund erroneous charges or undeliverable purchases as appropriate. Other refund requests are reviewed individually; applicable statutory rights are unaffected. Refunded or disputed purchases may lose final-download entitlement.

Availability and responsibility

We may maintain, change, or suspend the service, including to address abuse or security issues. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular legal or accounting purpose. Consult Utah is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user-entered content or misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and updates

Read the separate app Privacy Notice for data handling. We record the accepted versions and server timestamp. Future versions are published at new dated URLs; prior versions remain available. Contact support for account or data requests.
