Effective October 21, 2026. This policy covers the DUOM iOS app provided by ConsultUtah LLC.
No app data collection
DUOM does not send your gameplay, identifiers, location, contacts or imported game files to ConsultUtah or an analytics service. The app has no accounts, advertising, tracking SDKs or online multiplayer service.
On-device files
Bundled game data and optional user-selected WAD files are used on your device. DUOM does not upload imported files. You control files through iOS; deleting the app removes its local app container.
Apple services
Apple handles App Store purchases and may collect diagnostics according to your device settings and Apple’s privacy policy. ConsultUtah does not receive payment-card details.
Support
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and issue description. We use it to respond and resolve the issue, do not sell it, and retain it only as reasonably needed for support or legal obligations. You can request deletion by contacting us.
Website
These support pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. Hosting providers may process technical request data to serve and secure the website. See our website privacy policy.
